These questions deal with New home construction, renovations, and even addtions. The are generic questions about all projects for contractors.Q. How soon can you start work on my project? A. Once we have agreed on the scope of the project, we will give you an expected start and completion date. Timing can change due to factors beyond our control (weather, contractor availability, etc.) but we will do our best to honour our commitments. Q. Will there be hidden costs? A. We will give you a firm quote. Normally this will not change. If you make changes to the project after signing the agreement, the cost can be affected. Occasionally hidden problems (such as dry-rot hidden behind the drywall or structural weaknesses etc.) may create additional work which will have to be charged. Q. Can you provide references? A.
